Services:

Julie Bender RD, LD and Certified Wellness Coach has over 10 year of experience in the nutrition and wellness field. Julie is passionate about helping others achieve their personal health and nutrition goals through education, motivational counseling, and public speaking. Her approach is focused on client concerns and goals. She offers practical, realistic, and creative approaches to meet and exceed expectations. Julie specializes in adult weight management, celiac disease, cholesterol management, Type II diabetes, sports nutrition, and disordered eating. Nutrition services are not only targeted to disease prevention/management but also to sports performance and overall health management. Currently individual counseling, assessments, goal setting, motivational sessions are offered in the Studio as well as group seminars and demonstrations.
