DDA Welcomes You

Welcome to the Dallas Dietetic Association (DDA). I am glad you found us. The DDA is made-up of over 300 dietetic leaders with a passion for food and nutrition sciences. Our members are dedicated leaders and advocates of the profession at local, state, and national levels. We are a diverse group with many interests, talents and the common goal of making the registered dietitian the most valued source of nutrition and food information for the health and wellness of the public.

DDA members believe in life-long learning through life experience and collaboration with others. They believe in setting an example of integrity by upholding high standards of practice and respecting and supporting others.

Lastly, member leaders of the DDA embrace change that continues to move the organization and profession forward making it one of the most progressive dietetic organizations in Texas.
